Baby buggies and wheelchairs are available for rent at the main gate. Each costs 300 yen/day. Please be aware that these are in limited supply. Contact our staff if you require these services.

There are wheelchair accessible toilets at four locations within Sea World.
There are also facilities for visitors with babies, including nursing rooms (three locations) and diaper changing tables (three locations) within Sea World. Shops offer a wide variety of clothes and toys for children and disposable diapers can be purchased at cashier counters.
There is a first-aid station for visitors who get injured or sick. Please ask nearby staff if you need assistance.
There are two AEDs (automated external defibrillators) located onsite.
A prayer room is available for use by all visitors.
It includes facilities for ablution and a sign indicating the direction for prayer.
Sea World provides facilities friendly to wheelchair and baby buggy users such as slopes and elevators.
Wi-Fi is available in the central plaza of the building, at the Ocean restaurant, the Sun Cruise buffet restaurant, and Kamogawa Sea World Hotel.
To use the Wi-Fi, you will need an access code (security key) which can be found on the signboard in the central plaza of the building, etc.

From the home screen, tap “Settings,” then tap “Wi-Fi” from the settings menu.

If “Wi-Fi” is off, tap to turn it on.
3.
The names of the networks within range will display.
Tap “kamogawa-seaworld”.
4.
When asked for the password, enter “○○○○○○○” and tap “Connect”.
*Please check the security key on the designated signboard in the building.
5.
Confirm that the connection has been established with the display to the left of “kamogawa-sea world” and at the top of the screen.

If “Wi-Fi” is off, tap to turn it on.
3.
The names of the networks within range will display.
Tap “kamogawa-seaworld”.
4.
When asked for the password, enter “○○○○○○○” and tap “Connect”.

5.
“Connected” will display under “kamogawa-seaworld”, and the connection is complete when the icon appears at the top of the screen.
