Ticket Purchase Methods

Different ticket sales methods are employed for weekdays and for Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and peak seasons (spring/summer/winter breaks and other non-school days). If you have any questions, please contact us.

Normal ticket sales method (mainly for weekdays)

Participation tickets for tours and activities can be purchased at the Information Desk located at the Central Plaza.
Please be aware that ticket sales are on a first-come-first-served basis, so it’s best to purchase early (tours/activities are fee based, with a capacity or requirements for participation).

*Tour/activity participation ticket sales may be suspended depending on weather and animal conditions.

Ticket sales method for Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and peak seasons
(summer vacation, etc.)

Numbered tickets are distributed at the main gate 30 min. before Sea World’s opening time.
Participation tickets for Guided Discovery Tours & Activities can be purchased for all members in a group with one numbered ticket.

*After Sea World’s opening time, numbered tickets are distributed at the Information Desk. Tour/activity participation tickets can be purchased at the Information Desk at the designated time indicated on your numbered ticket.

*The purchase of tour/activity participation tickets is limited to up to two tours/activities with one numbered ticked to allow more guests to enjoy the tours and activities.

*Numbered tickets are not a guarantee that tours/activities will take place. Tour/activity participation ticket sales may be suspended depending on weather and animal conditions.
