With respect to our official social media accounts, we take appropriate response such as the removal (or the request thereof), hiding, and blocking of any third-party posts, comments, quoted posts, and other social media accounts with similar functions, if they are deemed to violate or potentially violate the aquarium’s Terms of Use.
We ask that any postings or disclosures that infringe on the rights of the aquarium or its employees be promptly deleted.
We do not provide individual responses or replies regarding the criteria for judgment.

Every zoo and aquarium across the country have their own set of rules.
We ask that guests enjoy their visit according to the rules set forth by each facility.

Any violation of the Terms of Use by visitors or social media contents will be subject to measures such as petitioning platforms to delete posts, reports to public institutions, claiming compensation for damages, rejection of annual passport renewals, and banning future visits to the aquarium.

The following items are prohibited

Dangerous articles or substances (and items determined as such by our staff) Wireless transceivers (walkie-talkies), drones or other radio controlled aircraft
Pets and other living creatures (please inform staff if you require accompaniment of guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, etc.) Monopods, tripods, selfie sticks or other camera supports

The following activities are prohibited

Actions that endanger animals Putting one’s face, hands or other extremities into exhibit tanks and pools Occupying aquarium spaces
Breaking, destroying, or damaging our exhibits or equipment Trespassing into any restricted areas Nuisance behaviors that disrupt the order of the aquarium or interfere with its operation, such as, but not limited to, intoxication or activities that endanger other visitors or aquarium staff

Photography Policy

Photography that endangers animals or other visitors
Photography that may infringe on copyright, live-streaming, and commercial photography
Photography and publishing of photographs that may violate the privacy of aquarium staff and visitors not accompanying the photographer
